I found this pattern at http://paper-design.wonderhowto.com/how-to/make-your-own-creative-business-card-holder-295169/ and you can watch the tutorial online. I had some challenges with the way she measured her score lines on the short side, so I figured out my own way measuring all the scores on the short side from the right at: 6 1/4", 5 1/2", 4" and 2". The fourth one down was the first one I made. The ones below that, I used double sided paper and left the sides high instead of stepped down. They hold a business card perfectly and would be very classy on an office desk.
